BlazeBite Athlete of the Week: Ben Chesser

This week, we’re excited to recognize Ben Chesser, a senior at Nordonia and a standout two-sport athlete, as our BlazeBite Athlete of the Week. Ben, who also excels as a pitcher on the baseball team, delivered an outstanding performance in Nordonia’s 45-7 win over Solon.

Ben completed 14 of 19 passes for 129 yards and one touchdown through the air, while also making a huge impact on the ground, rushing for 32 yards and three touchdowns. His leadership and execution were crucial in securing Nordonia’s dominant victory.

Off the field, Ben maintains an impressive 4.3 GPA, demonstrating the same commitment to academics as he does to athletics. As Ben puts it, “Actions speak louder than words. My passion for competition, respect, and the countless hours of hard work prove that I belong here. Athleticism and obedience will highlight my dreams.”

Congratulations to Ben on earning this well-deserved BlazeBite Athlete of the Week honor!.
