BlazeBite E-Sign Consent

Avayla Solutions, LLC, DBA BlazeBite (“BlazeBite”), and its affiliates may need to provide you with important communications, notices, agreements, billing statements, or disclosures (“Communications”) regarding the services we offer (“Services”). Your agreement with this E-sign Consent confirms your ability and consent to receive these Communications electronically, rather than in paper form, and to use electronic signatures in our relationship (“Consent”). If you do not agree to this Consent or withdraw your consent, you may be restricted from using certain features or Services offered by BlazeBite.

Electronic Delivery of Communications and Use of Electronic Signatures

Under this Consent, BlazeBite may deliver all Communications electronically by:

  • Email to the address associated with your BlazeBite account
  • SMS or text messages
  • Displaying them on BlazeBite websites or within mobile applications

These Communications may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Agreements, policies, and disclosures required to use the Services (e.g., this E-sign Consent, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service)
  2. Payment authorizations and transaction confirmations
  3. Account history, statements, or reports related to orders and sales
  4. Federal and state tax documents where applicable

We may also use electronic signatures to formalize agreements and obtain consent through electronic means.

System Requirements

To access and retain Communications, you will need:

  • A computer, tablet, or mobile device with internet access
  • For website-based access:
    • An updated web browser supporting 256-bit encryption (e.g., Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome)
    • Cookies enabled (browser extensions may affect full functionality)
  • For application-based access:
    • A recent version of a mobile operating system that supports app downloads from Apple App Store or Google Play Store
    • The latest version of Apple Safari (iOS) or Google Chrome (Android)
  • Access to the email address provided during account setup
  • Sufficient storage or a printer to retain copies of Communications

You must also add noreply@blazebite.com to your email contacts to avoid missed Communications.

You may request paper copies of Communications at no charge by writing to:

Please specify which Communication you are requesting. Your request will not be treated as a withdrawal of Consent unless explicitly stated.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent anytime by contacting BlazeBite in writing at the address above. Withdrawal of Consent may result in termination or restriction of access to Services. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal and provide an effective date either electronically or in writing.

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current. You can update your email address or other contact details by accessing your BlazeBite account or by writing to BlazeBite at the address above. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in missed Communications.
